Instead of using pusher knobs like other dual-time watches, the all-new Oris Big Crown ProPilot Worldtimer ($3,600+) features an innovative bezel that lets you adjust the hour effortlessly. This 20th Anniversary edition has also undergone some other major updates.
There is still the patented system for maintaining the date forward or back around the midnight hour. The engine that runs the timepiece is the in-house caliber 690 on an ETA 2836-2 base. At 44.7mm diameter, the stainless steel case is rather large but the straightforward design makes for superb legibility. It features a screw-down crown, domed sapphire crystal, SuperLumiNova filled hands and markers, and an anthracite dial.
The Oris Big Crown ProPilot Worldtimer comes with the option of either a textile, leather, or crocodile strap, or a metal bracelet. There is also the option of a black or gray dial.
