Since its launch, Lucid Motors have been gaining ground against the top EV brand Tesla. Its flagship model is by far one of the sleekest ones out there and it’s about to receive a blackout treatment. With all Dream Edition units already spoken for, those who ordered the premium trims can now opt for the “Stealth Look” add-on.

The package features a collection of exterior pieces that will turn your Air into a dapper machine with a dark tone. Interested parties should know that this is purely cosmetic, and performance should stay the same. They’re offering it for the Grand Touring Performance, Grand Touring, and Touring versions.

News about the “Stealth Look” option for the zero-emission saloon comes barely a week before Monterey Car Week 2022. Maybe Lucid Motors has a couple more surprises in store, but we’re ecstatic about this ability to murder out your ride. The California-based EV group says there are a total of 35 parts for the complete ensemble.

Among those listed for a Stygian makeover are the C-pillars, mirror caps, glass roof, front nose blade, and others. Lucid Motors endows the Air with a mix of glossy and satin finishes to create a welcome contrast. The “Stealth Look” also gives buyers a choice between a 21-inch Aero Sport Stealth or 20-inch Aero Lite Stealth wheel.

Normally, you’ll want to grab the “Stealth Look” package for Infinite Black. However, Lucid Motors confirms It is available as well for the Quantum Grey, Zenith Red, and Stellar White colorways. You need to fork over $6,000 and wait until 2023 to get the understated aesthetic.
