For chef-level grilling, you need solid equipment and Australia’s Shriro, makers of the Everdure line of products, think they’ve just invented the “best thing that ever happened to barbeques.” Made in collab with Master Chef Heston Blumenthal, the Hub Grill ($TBA) is meant to be the ultimate charcoal experience.

This elegantly designed grill uses an electric Fast Flame Ignition System to help get the temperature right in less than 10 minutes. It features a porcelain enamel firebox, chrome grills with cool-to-the-touch handles, and a large storage area behind its dual double-lined doors.

The special added touch is the authentic, commercial-grade rotisserie that can be quickly mounted to the top. Capable of holding nearly 90 lbs (40 kg), the rotisserie can handle whole chickens or a suckling pig firmly and, with their Rotiscope Technology, will turn smoothly for even cooking. Made of high-grade steel, the Everdure Hub BBQ Grill is 48″ tall with the rotisserie poles up (35.5″ w/o), 54″ wide, and 19″ deep.
