This machine marks Cosori’s—a kitchen brand known for its affordable air fryers—first-ever foray into the coffee-brewing market. The machine turns pour-over coffee brewing into a hypnotizing show at the touch of a button. It automates the technical pour-over technique, from blooming and pouring to extraction, to Specialty Coffee Association (SCA)-certified standards.
At its core is a patent-pending 360° spiral water flow produced by a rotating brew basket and an extendable, moving nozzle that imitates the angle, pacing, and pattern of a barista’s hand pour. Juni has a pre-wet function that rinses the filter before brewing. It then uses gentle vibrations to evenly coat grounds with water poured in three stages.
This methodical process ensures even saturation and prevents channeling for a flavorful, clean, balanced extraction. There are four brewing methods available. The one-touch Quick Brew presets roast level, strength, and cup size, while Schedule Brew lets you schedule the brewing ahead of time. Then there’s AI Generation, which scans a bag of coffee beans and generates a recipe based on bean type and cup size.
This brewing method lets you fine-tune volume, temperature, flow rate, pause time, and agitation. Lastly, the Barista Mode lets you take the reins across all brewing parameters. Juni operates quietly at ≤55 dB, with vibration mode capped at ≤66 dB. It features a built-in display and controls and is compatible with the VeSync app, where you can access recipes and schedule brewing.
