Artist Dominic Episcopo is an expert on meat, and while we do not want to trade in sexual innuendo, he loves nothing more than handling some meat. Episcopo has gone all out in his latest book “Meat America” a creation that explores and celebrates America’s spirit and history, with meat as the inspiration. While many of the meat images on the 100+ pages of Meat America ($30) deliver a slightly ironic take on America’s positivity, there is a real message being explored within.
