The Arrowspace S1 screwdriver from ARROWMAX is the “world’s first AI electric screwdriver with eyes and brain.” It removes the guesswork in finding the right bit for any job, big or small. It uses artificial intelligence to identify the screws and find the appropriate bit, to ensure an efficient workflow.
ARROWMAX trained this precision screwdriver on tens of thousands of real-world screw samples to ensure accuracy. It identifies screw types and sizes by sight using a built-in camera, then automatically sets a safe torque range. Its accompanying case then lights up on the exact correct bit, eliminating manual selection and trial and error.
So how does Arrowspace S1 work? Its built-in rear HD camera captures the screw head image and AI does the reading. It sends the image directly to a companion mobile app, where it identifies the exact drive type and size. The accompanying Smart Case then receives the result, shows the screw profile on its built-in TFT color display screen, then illuminates the slot of the matching bit with built-in LED indicators: the case comes with 52 S2 steel bits.
This eliminates rummaging, comparing, and testing, ensuring uninterrupted workflow. Only the screw recognition uses AI and runs locally in the app on your phone. Meanwhile, the motor control, charging, torque adjustment, and other functions operate independently. This allows the screwdriver to remain fully functional even when not connected to the app.
Moreover, Arrowspace S1 has Auto and four torque levels (Low: 1kgf.cm, Medium: 3kgf.cm, High: 6kgf.cm, and Max: 1kgf.cm). Its OLED display shows the real-time torque level, rotation direction, and battery status. It runs on a USB-C rechargeable battery with 70 minutes of automatic operation, with the manual mode kicking in when the electric mode lacks sufficient torque.
