BMW is doing crazy things these days. Aspiring to enter the American cruiser market, the Bavarian company has just released the BMW Motorrad Concept 101 ($TBA), a dramatic-looking ‘bagger’ that we hope will make it to production.
Designed in collaboration with notorious Californian custom builder Roland Sands, Concept 101 boasts an incredible torque power with its 1,649cc six-cylinder engine. That equates to approximately 101 cubic inches, hence the cruiser’s name. It should be able to put a great amount of miles under its wheels, thanks to this smooth&mighty motor. Matching its performance skills, the 101 has a spectacular presence. The streamlined elongated body is made from carbon fiber, sporting a beautiful dark wood trim with discreet grains, along with brushed aluminum accents, fine-grain perforated black leather seats, LED taillights, a sporty dual exhaust system, and two side cases with matching wood trim.
