Essential PH-1 Smartphone

Android OS runs on a wide variety of smartphones but usually with individual phone manufacturer’s ‘extras.’  To shave the excess, Android’s founder Andy Rubin created his own company to showcase what can be done without ‘bloatware.’  The Essential PH-1 Smartphone  ($700) is as full-featured as Essential can make it since the phone is also the first element of a future suite of smart home and modular devices.

The phone has a very thin but tough titanium & ceramic body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 covering an edge to edge 5.71″, 2560 x 1312 QHD display.  For cameras is a rear 13MP f/1.85 Dual RGB + Mono and front 8MP f/2.20 system with a magnetic connector for a separate 360-degree cam or other future devices. Other details include a 3040mAh fast charging battery, a fast Snapdragon processor, WiFi 802 and Bluetooth 5.0, a USB-C port, Power Pins, Nano SIM, and 4 GB of RAM paired with 128 gigs of storage.  The PH-1 phone is currently only available for USA markets and comes unlocked & ready to go.
