The Limantos Residence was created by contemporary architect Fernanda Marques and its casual looks make it a relaxed image of modern design. The glass panel façade could easily have made this home look like an office building, but instead the brown frame detailing makes it look fresh and welcoming. The spacious and cleanly colored living area opens to an expansive outdoor deck and pool area to make the most of the Brazilian sun, while the spiraled stairway leading to the first floor is a particular highlight. via
