Built by California-based Vintage Electric, the Cruz is a classic Orange County cruiser made to stand the test of time, with cool design elements reminiscent of the American Art Deco movement, of the early 1900s. Reaching a top speed of 20 MPH in Street Legal, and 36 MPH in Race Mode, this bike is one of the fastest we’ve encountered so far, and its components are top-notch.
