The MINI is one of the most iconic cars ever created and throughout the decades designers came up with plenty of ingenious ways to alter the car despite its, well, mini dimensions. When the new MINI arrived over a decade ago it was bigger (now not really that mini) but lost none of its iconoclastic charm; it became an instant classic and much like it predecessor it was mouldable into different forms.
One of the most charming Mini forms is the MINI Clubman, a MINI that comes with a rear end that makes it more like an estate car, only with bags of charm. Now The MINI Clubvan Camper Concept is taking the MINI idea and running with it by adding a fully working camper van in the rear and as a roof extension.
There is also a trailer option available, but importantly all designs make the most of the admittedly minimal space on offer. With form and functionality in abundance this is certainly a concept we would love to see go into production.
