Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 feels so real you can almost see it.
It looks like Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 is definitely happening, as evidences pointing to the existence of the game continue to mount each passing day.
It was not too long ago when unnamed sources revealed that a sequel to the highly popular Injustice game is just around the corner, with the game being pegged to be officially announced sometime soon — and its release date believed to be in March of 2017.
The game is rumored to be currently in the development stage, and is expected to be released for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PCs sometime in the future.
”Every battle defines you.”
The latest evidence pointing towards a looming Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 announcement?
A poster that reportedly came from GameStop.
According to reports, the poster in question features Batman and The Flash seemingly in a fight, and a tag line that says, “Every battle defines you.”
The poster was allegedly revealed in a letter to store managers, explaining that the said poster will come as a pre-order bonus for those who choose to order their Injustice: Gods Among Us 2 game in advance.
So far, no official statement has been issued by the game’s makers as of yet, but NetherRealm boss Ed Boon seemed like he just dropped major clues on his official Twitter account — by changing his Twitter avatar to an image that says ‘II’, and putting up an image depicting drumroll as his background.
The original Injustice game’s publisher, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, has so far made no comment in issues involving the game’s expected sequel.
Injustice: Gods Among Us was first released in April of 2013, and the game has since proven to be a big hit.
