As the after-market custom motorcycle business has boomed, more and more manufacturers have begun offering extensive options to new bikes. David González of Barcelona, Spain’s AdHoc Cafe Racers has a better option. While his shop works slowly; González has only logged thirty builds, that time is spent making the best new bikes even better.

This BMW R NineT Scrambler is a prime example of his craft. The rear subframe was reformed using large diameter pipe so the shorter hooped rear would enhance the powerful look. The left pillion peg was repurposed for muffler support as the bulky twin muffler setup was replaced by a single exhaust and he crafted new mud guards. All this was given a satin black finish to compliment the factory Green/Grey color scheme.

A Motogadget Pro dash was installed along with bar end turn signals coupled with street-legal LED lights in the rear and a shallow-depth LED headlight up front. The mean & clean BMW R NineT was then fitted with chunky TKC80 Dual Sport tires. Once finished, it is proof that the AdHoc treatment does a scrambler good.
