A new cool entry into the ACG Summer 2017 collection by Nike, is the durable NikeLab ACG.07.KMTR Komyuter ($TBA). Designed by ACRONYM founder Errolson Hugh, this is a variant of former ACG footwear motifs.

The upper of the KMTR is made of a stretchy water-resistant textile fabric that opens up four ways. The expanded opening makes sliding the shoe on extremely easy and, with it cinching closed by a magnetic buckle and strap going over the arch, fits firmly and comfortably around the foot. The heel closure also has a magnetic strap that secures the draw-cord in place, while an injected phylon midsole surrounded by a rubber outsole gives traction on urban surfaces. To be released in a variety of colorways through summer ’17, though black is probably the best option.
