The beautifully exotic Casa Seta designed by Martin Dulanto Architect looks like something from a tropical paradise but it is actually located in the bustling heart of Peruvian capital city Lima. In fact, everything about this house is to showcase something the location is not, there are no tropical blue sea, no golden sands in Lima, but there are now beautiful gardens, verandas, and open spaces thanks to this home.
Sometimes a house asks you to use your imagination, but the Casa Seta actually creates the whole image. The lush vegetation, swimming pool, and eating areas evoke a Caribbean five star hotel more than they do a highly populated South American city. Inside things are kept simple, tasteful, and extremely modern, and we are glad to see different stones and marbles used as opposed to wood for a change.
