The Lexus LF-LC has proved to be a hit in the automobile community. A stunning blend of high performance, race dynamics, and the usual luxury that you expect from the marquee brand, made the LF-LC one of last year’s successes. Lexus went back to the drawing board and is now showing off a roadster that refines the LF-LC design and creates something truly special.
Under the hood, the Lexus LF-LC will pack quite a punch delivering 500bhp of power; however, those of you green-minded people need not worry, as each LF-LC will feature the Advanced Lexus Hybrid Drive. This sophisticated engine includes an Atkinson-cycle motor which delivers a mix of gas and electric power via its advanced battery packs.
New features coming on the LF-LC Blue will include a Remote Touch system that is controlled via a 12.3-inch panel (think of it an advanced tablet in the instrument panel of your car.) This screen will be the cars hub, controlling everything from climate, audio, and of course, the satellite navigation. Lexus has declined to issue a date of release for the attractive roadster, which leads us to think it may just be a concept. Although we wouldn’t be surprised if we saw this body form and feature set at some point in future models.
